Users will receive appointment confirmation and reminders for their Custom Pool Design Consultation with ARMOR INVESTMENT GROUP INC (DBA - SWIM INC). You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Messaging Programs & Communications

If you opt into SMS, email, or similar messaging services:

  • You consent to receive periodic communications related to project status, support, updates, and marketing.
  • Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" on SMS or following opt-out links in emails.

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as-is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability
